Non-Refundable Policy: All donations made to People of Resources Inc. are considered final and non-refundable. We use donations to support our programs and services, and once the funds are allocated, they cannot be reversed.
Donation Errors: If you believe you have made an error in your donation amount or have donated by mistake, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will review the situation and determine if a refund can be issued.

Refund Requests: Event registration fees may be refundable depending on the event’s specific refund policy, which will be outlined in the event’s terms. In general:
- Full Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.
- Partial Refunds may be available for cancellations made 3-6 days before the event.
- No Refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
Event Cancellations: If the event is canceled by People of Resources Inc., a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

Physical Products: Any physical products purchased directly from People of Resources Inc. (e.g., merchandise) can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if they are in original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Digital Products/Services: Due to the nature of digital products and services (such as e-courses, downloadable materials), these are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of defective files or services not provided as promised.
